I have over 25 years’ experience working with individuals and SME’s in all sectors, providing business planning, advice, and guidance. My background is in Business Management and Education, I taught the Institute of Leadership and Management for many years for companies across the UK and in New Zealand and spent 10 years teaching the PGCE.My role at MODAL is as the specialist GAIN Business Advisor in Ports, Logistics and Renewables working in conjunction with E-Factor. This role allows me to use my knowledge and experience to work with local businesses to grow and sustain their companies and compliments my passion in the environment and sustainability. I took a break from this area of work for a few years but am thrilled to be back and working in the local community meeting new and exciting challenges. The role gives me so much satisfaction in assisting individuals and companies to achieve their goals.
